Don’t Let Your Landscaper Do This!

Dear neighbors:

We received a report from the homeowner at Bornite and Cheyanne about a large amount of what appears to be landscaping debris dumped on her property.  The homeowner now must have her landscaper remove all this debris.  She is installing a gate and cameras plus post more “private property” signs. This property is a private road.  There is no reason for anyone to access this property other than the residents. We ask that you speak to your landscapers and make sure they understand that the HVHOA expects that all companies working in our community act respectfully and responsibly as they carry out work on your behalf.
