Roster Review Looking Good!

With already about 50 of you having been to “Review Your Profile“, we are making good progress on getting our Roster out in June. If you haven’t already done so, it just takes less than a minute, with maybe a couple more if you haven’t logged in before.

Haven’t logged in before? No problem. Just go to “Log In“, and click on “Don’t Know your Password?”. If your email address is one for an active member of our Association, we will automatically send you a link to where you can set your password.

Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the “Welcome Members” page, where there is a button to “Review Your Profile”. Once there, check out the information we have for you, “Accept” if it is all good, or “Change” what you wish.

There are a couple features of the internet that may frustrate you some here.

First, caching. The internet, trying to be as quick as it can be, will store a page you have been to before. Only it doesn’t therefore update the changes to your information since the last visit. For instance, if you login and go back to our home page (https://hiddenvalleytucson.com), it may appear you are not logged in. But if you click the RELOAD PAGE button on your browser, it should show you correctly logged in.

Second, email address changing. It can be done in our website, but not if you can’t log in, right? So, if you can’t log in, then email us at “Webmaster@HiddenValleyTucson.com“, and we will send you a new password or let you know why we can’t. If you can log in, though, changing your email needs more security than other changes, so you will need some special instructions to do so. To get those, you can email “Webmaster@HiddenValleyTucson.com“. Or, you can just email us your new and old email addresses, and we will make the change for you, once we confirm you are you.
