Wes Miller Park
The developer of Hidden Valley, Wes Miller, donated the park to the HVHA with the stipulation that it be maintained as a natural habitat. To that end a Conservation Easement was established between the Hidden Valley Homeowners Association and the Nature Conservancy to ensure the long term ecological protection of the park as part of the Sabino Creek ecosystem. The Nature Conservancy is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of ecologically important natural areas and to ensure maintenance of natural diversity. To get to the park travel east to the end of Snyder Rd and turn left on Hidden Valley Rd. The park is located on the right hand side of the road. Parking is available in our gravel lot.
Fires are permitted only in barbecues. Make sure all fires are extinguished completely. Bon fires are not permitted. Please dispose of smoking materials carefully, and please remove all trash when you leave the park..
Leave bushes and trees intact. They are important in erosion control and ensure the health of this unique riparian habitat.
Firearms, pellet guns, BB guns and archery equipment are prohibited. Trail bikes, motorcycles, three wheelers are not permitted beyond the parking lot.
Use extra caution when the creek is running. Flash floods are common in the park area and can be extremel dangerous.
Use of Wes Miller Park is restricted to Hidden Valley Homeowner’s Association members and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a member.
