More Lost Dogs?

Hi, Neighbors,

We’re neighbors in the community and a nice couple hiking in the area found 2 dogs off Rockcliff. Can you help us find the owners? Here are some pics and other info. We’ve tried calling several times and no one picks up at the number on the tags. The voicemail says the person is “CC Red”? Whatever you can do to assist. We have our own dog who doesn’t fair well with other fur babies, so we really need to find the rightful owners.
