Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

The Board of Directors of the Hidden Valley Homeowner’s Association of Tucson, Inc. (HVHOA) has asked us to remind our neighbors, both members and not, that Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) applicable to every subdivision in our neighborhood need to be followed. Yes, the HVHOA can even take people to court to enforce them. But, really, folks: We are mature adults of good character and don’t need someone else to police us. Take a few moments to read your CC&Rs and confirm that you are adhering to them. If you have renters, drive by and check on how they are doing. We shouldn’t more than an occasional reminder. The idea is to preserve and protect our wonderful living environment, and that’s something we all appreciate.

Don’t have your CC&Rs available? Here are the CC&Rs for Hidden Valley Estates. I’ve been told they are all quite similar.

But if you have a copy of CC&Rs for Sabino Foothills, Castle Rock, Rockcliff, Solar Village, or Hidden Creek Ranch, please send those to Webmaster@HiddenValleyTucson.com, so that we can post them as well. Also, if you think your CC&Rs are different from what we have posted for Hidden Valley Estates, send us a copy of yours.

This is a job we all do together!
