Join Us

We are a voluntary Homeowner’s Association with dues of $65 per year. Please do not submit a check at this time. When we confirm your eligibility as a member we will send you instructions on how to pay our dues. Once you are accepted and your dues are received, you will become a member of our association.

Renters may join in lieu of a homeowner, and will have access to member benefits, including use of Wes Miller Park. However, the homeowner will have superseding voting rights in any general vote.
