What the heck is going on here?

Heck if I know. On Friday, May 16, we received a bunch of updates to the programs that make our website run. Once those were in place, our ability to review our profiles ceased to exist again. For the better part of Friday and Saturday, I worked to get this going again, including several hours on the phone with tech support. In the middle of all of that, the problem seemed to go away. What I told them was that I thought some piece of misunderstanding AI was being overzealous in its security enforcement and did not understand our situation. The person on the support chat with me said the problem went away. The tech support person was happy. I am not.

Anyway, it’s all working again now.

So, if you checked your profile, check it again if you get a chance. If you tried on Saturday, and couldn’t check, try again now. You should be able to. If you haven’t gone to “Review Your Profile“, this is a good chance to do so.

Check your profile, and see that your Roster Entry is right! If not, you can change it yourself.
