Pumpkins for Piggies (a reminder)

Don’t throw out your jack-o’-lanterns after Halloween this year!

Bring your pumpkins to Wes Miller Park during the HOA Potluck Picnic on Saturday, November 1st, 1-4 pm.  We’ll make sure they don’t sit there for hours and attract or feed the wildlife.

Leave pumpkins (carved or uncarved) at the park entrance collection site and they’ll be brought to a local ranch that cares for rescue pigs.

If we have a successful haul, we may organize another collection of any remaining uncarved pumpkins after Thanksgiving.

Please be sure to never leave pumpkins outside in places where they will attract javelina.
