RENEW TODAY and save us money!

Neighbors, some of you have wondered why we have not mailed out formal renewal packets this year. The answer is: We are going to. But postal mailings are expensive and everyone who registers before the end of this next week saves us another mailing. So if you were meaning to renew, please do so now. Renewing is quick and cheap and easy and useful: What more can you ask?

Just go to our home page and click the button at the bottom that says “RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP TODAY!“

Our plan this year has been to concentrate first on renewals, so our first mailing went out by email to current members and only by a single-page postal mailing to non-members and members without emails. At the beginning of November, if you haven’t renewed, we will send you a post card reminder. You can even slip the reminder card in with your check, if you are mailing your dues in, to document who is paying.

At the beginning of December, we will send out full packets, for those who still want to know we care. We do!

The, at the end of December, we will send out one last reminder card to those not yet renewed — so that they know they will be getting cut off by the end of January. No more picnics, parties, dumpster days and park access after that!…

So come on and renew your commitment to our neighborhood. We are a pretty good bunch of folks in a beautiful neighborhood we all want to preserve and enjoy. SEE YOU AROUND!
