2026-2027 Board Meeting Signup

You can sign up here to host a Hidden Valley Homeowner’s Association of Tucson, Inc., Board of Directors Monthly Meeting. We hold these usually the first Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. Hosts provide a light snack and beverages, and receive a $35 stipend to cover expenses, if requested.

Beside a given date, enter your name to commit to hosting that date. If the date has not been taken yet, you will receive a confirmation when we assign that date to you — usually in just a few days.

You can also add notes at the bottom of the form. If you don’t think we have your email, street address or phone, please include those there, as well.

As dates become taken, they will no longer be available for entering your name. (But give us a couple days to respond, after a submission.)

If two folks sign up for the same date, the first to have submitted will get it, unless that person already has more than one sign up and the other person does not.

But if some date is the only one a person can do, we will work as a team to find a solution. We can also change dates and times, as well, if the Board approves.
