Community Survey Results
Hard to believe it has been nearly two months since we posted our survey! Here, finally are the results.
Generally, pollsters are happy to get back 3% of the population polled. We got back over 10%! But, still, 18 people is not a very representative base for the other 175 of us. And these are probably all Board Members and other die-hard community activists.
But the answers were interesting so here we share them with you:
(Sorry if the print is small, but you should be able to zoom up on these images to see them better.)
The Raw Data:

Your Data Manager’s conclusions:
- I was quite surprised at the frequency of use of key features. Apparently, community activists have enjoyed the work I put into the Member Services. I had thought almost no one was using these.
- Apparently, Recommended Businesses, COVID stats, and Water Matters are filler. Even our activists don’t care much about these.
- On the other hand, I was surprised that our basically uneventful Home Page (https://hiddenvalleytucson.com) is the most popular page we have. Perhaps we need to add some zing to it. Perhaps not, if people like it as is…
- The low rating of our “About Us” page surprised me, as I go there all the time to reference facts about our HOA. But maybe that’s just me.
- The comments were genuine and sincere. Thanks, especially, to those who took time to suggest improvements.
I hope we have more surveys in the future. These are quick and easy to develop, right here on our own site. So, if you have a question for the community, let’s ask. Just drop a note to the DataManager@HiddenValleyTucson.com, and we will see what we can do.
Thanks,
